House Rules
- This is a guest list only venue (photo verification required).
- Please be respectful of our bar staff who are there to serve drinks only.
- Please drink responsibly.
- We accept cash or card (min card spend £10)
- Lisenced bar, you cannot bring your own alcohol
- No hot tub use after more than 2 alcoholic drinks for everyones safety
- No playroom use after 4 drinks for everyones safety
- Must shower before hot tub and again after using massage oil
- Dress code – Outside, please be respectively clothed. Inside, smart / casual, sexy underwear or au naturale.
- Age limit 25 and above.
- Do not touch unless invited. No means no, so please be respectful.
- Smoking in outside areas only.
- Please do not flush condoms or wipes down any of the toilets as we have a septic tank, please use bins provided. Please leave areas clean & tidy after use.
- Mobile phones or cameras are not permitted.
- Free lockers
- Unbranded reuseable drink bottles are allowed, but they will be emptied and re-filled with water on arrival
- No wet hair on the beds
- If you are a happy squirter please take an extra towel on us to use on the beds
- We recommend investing into your own splash blanket if you are a squirter to keep the beds clean for the next guest
- This is a drug free venue, anyone found to be in possession of illegal drugs of any kind will be escorted off the premises and banned for life.
- Please do not bring your own massage oil, we have a water soluble one for you
- All social areas are covered by CCTV for your safety and security.
- We are inclusive to LGB, when you walk through our doors feel free to be who you are, and allow your curiosity to guide you.

Overnight Bookings (For Saturday events only)

- En-suite double rooms – £150 per night (entry included)
- Saturday Stays – Check in at 5pm, VIP party access from 5.30pm
- Motor homes welcome – £35 per night currently (£20 per night as no over night facilities avaliable until Spring 2026/Must have own WC)
- All overnight bookings (rooms & motorhomes/vans) include continental style breakfast on Sunday, from 9.00 am until 10.00 am.

Important
We work hard to keep the guest list balanced. Numbers and play are never guarenteed, if you have to keep asking about this, then perhaps we are not the right club for you.
Please note that even though we have a lisenced bar we are not a heavy drinking establishment.
